You will receive an email which contains the journey details. This email will contain all relevant journey details, it is your responsibility to check this and make sure the details are correct, in the event the details are not correct Airport Taxi Transfer holds no responsibility. Please ensure at the time of travel you have this email with you.
Airport Taxi Transfer does not accept any responsibility for flights that are missed for any reason i.e. adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances.
All passengers are advised to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure, Airport Taxi Transfer will not accept any responsibility for passengers missing their flight where two hours check in time was not allocated, passengers are free to arrange transport to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours to departure however Airport Taxi Transfer does not hold any responsibility for flights that are missed as the result of this.
In the event passengers arrange alternative transport and do not wait for their taxi, there is no responsibility for costs to be refunded by Airport Taxi Transfer.
At the time of booking passengers are presented with vehicle types which states the passenger capacity and luggage capacity, if passenger or luggage requirements exceed that of the vehicle booked Airport Taxi Transfer does not accept any responsibility, if you are unsure in regards to vehicle capacity please contact the Airport Taxi Transfer customer service team.
All animals must be secured in adequate transport crate/box and Airport Taxi Transfer must be notified at the time of booking, failure to do so can result in the taxi being cancelled and Airport Taxi Transfer will hold no responsibilities for any costs incurred due to this.
The route undertaken on the day is down to the drivers discretion, alternatives routes that are requested will be assessed by the driver however the final decisions is the drivers.
If your flight has long delays please inform the customer service team as soon as possible.
Airport Taxi Transfer reserves the right to provide an upgraded vehicle type than that of originally selected if the chosen vehicle type is unavailable on the day of travel.
Airport Taxi Transfer uses its own transport however at times uses third party companies.
Bookings made on the following times will be subject to an additional 50% surcharge on published prices. 18.00 24th December to 27th December 06.00, 18.00 31st December to 02 January 06.00.
On collections from the airport, as standard Airport Taxi Transfer allows customer 30 minutes maximum from the time the flight has landed to meet with their driver, after this waiting time is charged at £20 per hour pro rata regardless of reason. Airport Taxi Transfer will accept requests to collect passengers at a specific time after the flight has landed however please note there will not be any additional waiting time beyond the requested period.
Compensation will not be offered if the customer is ready earlier than planned and has to wait as scheduled for the driver to arrive.
Waiting time will apply for all other journeys at £20 per hour pro rata, this applies from the scheduled pick time or any stops that are made en-route.
Tolls are not included in the fare price, any tolls along the way the driver will ask you for the money or you can pay by calling the customer service team.
Any amendments made to the journey must be made directly to the customer service team via email or telephone.
All bookings must be made through the customer service team via telephone, website or email. This allows the journey to be pre booked ensuring the driver is insured.
As long as 24 hours notice is provided, Airport Taxi Transfer will accept the cancellation, an administration/transaction charge will be apply of £9 or 10% (whichever is greater) per journey.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement of the journey then no refund will be issued.
If the passenger does not show up for a pre paid journey then no refund will be issued
If you do not receive an email acknowledging the cancellation form Airport Taxi Transfer then we have not received it, please contact the customer service team on 01617100681.
Any complaints raised should be made in writing to the customer service team by emailing email@example.com. All complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the journey.
